These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between Audiogarden Studio ("Provider") and the customer ("Client") who orders services through the Provider's website.
The Provider offers audio mastering, stem mastering, and Mix & Master services. The scope of each project is defined by the order placed in the online shop and subsequent communication in the client portal.
A contract is formed upon successful completion of an order (payment of the price). The Client receives a confirmation email and access to the client portal, where they can upload files and track their project.
Prices are listed in Czech Koruna (CZK) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed online via WooPayments (powered by Stripe). An invoice is issued automatically after successful payment via Fakturoid and delivered by email.
Standard processing time is specified for each service. Express delivery is available for an additional fee. The finished master is delivered for download in the client portal with an email notification.
The number of revisions included is determined by the service type ordered. Additional revisions can be purchased separately. The Client provides feedback through the portal.
The Client declares they are the rightful owner or licensee of the uploaded material. The Provider does not acquire any copyright to the delivered recordings. The resulting master is the Client's work.
A consumer Client has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion under applicable EU and Czech consumer protection law.
The Provider's services constitute digital services. By placing an order and completing payment, the Client expressly requests that performance begins before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once processing of the project has commenced (i.e. upon acceptance of the submitted files for processing).
