Payments are processed through WooPayments (powered by Stripe). We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link.
Prices are listed in Czech Koruna (CZK). Payment is charged at the time of order.
Invoices are issued automatically via Fakturoid and delivered by email immediately after successful payment. The invoice is also available for download in the client portal under the respective project.
All payment data is processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or payment details on our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of security in the payment industry.
In case of a valid complaint or contract withdrawal, we will refund the payment to the same payment method used, within 14 business days. See our Complaints & Returns Policy.
