The Client has the right to file a complaint if the delivered service does not meet the ordered scope or agreed technical specifications.
Submit your complaint through the client portal (project notes) or by email to info@audiogarden.cz. Include your project number and a specific description of the issue.
We will resolve your complaint within 30 days of receipt. You will be notified of the outcome by email.
A valid complaint will be resolved by: (a) free correction (new master), or (b) refund if correction is not possible.
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. The right of withdrawal expires if processing has begun before the withdrawal period with the Client's explicit consent.
Consumers can contact the Czech Trade Inspection (ČOI) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.
