1. General
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between the operator of Audiogarden Studio (“Provider”) and the customer (“Client”) when ordering and receiving digital audio post-production services through the online portal.
Contact email: info@audiogarden.cz
2. Services
The Provider offers digital audio post-production services, including:
- Mastering
- Stem Mastering
- Mix & Master
All services are delivered exclusively in digital form via the online client portal.
3. Order and Contract Formation
The Client places an order by selecting a service and completing payment through the online checkout. The service contract is concluded upon successful payment. After payment, the project wizard is unlocked in the portal, where the Client provides source materials.
4. Client Obligations
The Client must provide audio source materials in the required format and quality via the portal or designated cloud storage. The Client is responsible for holding the rights to the submitted recordings. Failure to provide materials does not entitle the Client to a refund.
5. Processing and Delivery
Work begins after the Client provides complete source materials. Standard delivery time is specified per service and starts from the moment materials are received. The Provider is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or unsuitable materials from the Client.
6. Revisions
The number of included revisions is specified per service. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be charged separately. A revision is an adjustment to the final output based on specific feedback, not a complete rework of the project.
7. Delivery
Final audio files are delivered via the client portal for download. The Provider stores final files in the portal for repeated download for a reasonable period.
8. Pricing and Payment
Service prices are listed on the Provider’s website inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Payment is made online by card through a secure payment gateway. Details are available on the Payment & Billing page.
9. Cancellation
As the service is provided in digital form and processing begins immediately after the Client submits source materials, the Client acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may not apply once processing has begun, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Before processing begins, the Client may request cancellation; each case is assessed individually.
10. Liability and Complaints
The Provider is responsible for the quality of the delivered output within the scope of the ordered service. Complaints are handled according to the Complaints Policy, available on a separate page.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Provider is not liable for results caused by low-quality or incomplete source materials provided by the Client. The Provider is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
12. Dispute Resolution
For EU consumers: disputes may be resolved through the Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
13. Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The Provider reserves the right to update these Terms; the current version is always available on this page.
